Jon is a military veteran with 23 years of service, having served both as an enlisted Marine in the United States Marine Corps and later as an officer in the Army National Guard, retiring in 2020. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Old Dominion University in 2008 and his Juris Doctor from West Virginia University College of Law in 2013.

In addition to practicing law, Jon has worked in technology and infrastructure roles and has taught at the university level. This diverse professional background allows him to approach legal problems with a practical mindset and a strong focus on solving complex issues efficiently.
